Poke, music, conversation, and new connections. We have one question for you: Want to join the party?Enjoy a unique cooking/social experience. Learn how to make Poke from scratch with sashimi grade Tuna, Salmon and fresh Japanese ingredients!

1st Course

While we wait for everyone to arrive, we'll enjoy music and start getting to know everyone! We'll have Apertifs (Non Alcoholic) and a cheese board!

2nd Course

Main Course

We'll get right into our class and learn about our Hosts, their background and how they got into Poke. You'll learn some industry secrets and how to make a Poke bowl from scratch with only the best ingredients & fish. Then we'll all sit together at the dinner table outside (:

3rd Course

Dessert

After we've devoured the best Poke in all of Los Angeles, we'll top of the evening with our made from scratch ice cream. Topped with a dash match powder
